Comparing Precision CNC Milling to CNC Turning
Although both CNC milling and CNC turning have distinct advantages, there are three basic differences between the two machining processes that ultimately determine which is better suited to machine your component specifications.
- Component Shape: The primary difference between CNC milling and CNC turning is the actual shape of the machined component. Milling can be utilized for a wide variety of part shapes and sizes but still delivers extreme precision and quality.
